In the far past I enjoyed watching David letterman’s show, but he has become more disgusting. When he had that filthy mouth Stern on his show I changed the channel. I did not hear him make the disgusting remarks about Palin’s daughter. Letterman must not have any real talent, otherwise he could tell a good joke without demeaning other people. He should not tell a lie like this about anyone’s child! Letterman ,you have set the standard…one day it will be your son that some vulgar mouth is spewing obscenities at.

Not only should all liberals apologize to the Palin’s, but also all Jews should apologize to that elderly gunman.

There’s such a difference in the way some politicians & their families are treated than others. I cannot imagine Obama’s girls EVER being joked about like that! Other politicians have also requested that their CHILDREN be left out of the low class mug slinging of TV personalities.

I was never a Palin fan, but you did cross the line, it doesn’t matter if the girl was 14 or 18, those girls shouldn’t have been brought into that type of dark humor.
Palin herself, well she is in the public eye and should expect those kind of “dark jokes” about her or get out of public life. Give a “real your sorry” or this story is going to keep making you look bad.

I think that this was a terrible thing for him to say on TV about any child and I think he need to go back on the air and offer the palin family and apoligize. I would never watch that show again.
