Heidi and Spencer Pratt leave Costa Rica

They are "celebrities" and they got out of there! On Monday, Heidi and Spencer Pratt announced they would take their final bow on "I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here!" because the conditions had led to Heidi being hospitalized.

Spencer said, "We gave it our all that we can, but now it's about health." "The Hills" star added, "Doctors are going to be with her the next three days and it's just, you know, we went back in and we proved to ourselves that it wasn't about us. It was a life-changing experience."

Heidi's sister Holly Montag will replace the newlyweds on the show.

Heidi was rushed to the hospital over the weekend -- after being sentenced to the "Lost Chamber." Reps for the reality TV couple tell "Extra" she was sent to the hospital because "she was not feeling well."

I can’t stop laughing at the comment from Lisa that Spencer’s parents should “submit to voluntary sterilization.” hahaaahahaaaa!!!! Thank you for getting sick, thank you for depriving yourself of water and food for god, thank you for getting off this show!!!! The only thing I will miss is of them “suffering.” They are media whores and they are NOT celebrities!!!

I love heidi and spencer. No their not perfect but whay do you guys want to spend so much time bashing some one. No one is perfect, non of us are. God loves everyone. I think we should all open up our Bibles, and love each other.

The reason this dumb idiot got sick was because she and her BIGGER IDIOT husband went on some ” spiritual fast” for ” GOD”
and she drank less then one bottle of water. DUHHHHH THEY are in the JUNGLE for heavens sake. You have to eat and drink to stay strong. Spendick said he is going to SUE NBC for his dumbie wife taking sick.. YEA RIGHT…

These two aren’t even “has beens”, they are “never was”!

“they gave it they’re all”..??? The only thing they have proven is how much they are NOT celebrities, how much they can make any viewer nauseous with bitter hatred, how weak they truly are, how stupid they already were, and more-so than anything else how DESPERATE they are for ANY media attention or coverage!!

And exactly how DESPERATE is NBC (Obama network) when they now bring in “another surprise guest”.. and it’s Heidi’s SISTER??? LMAO, Pathetic as pathetic can get for this network of 10 viewers! From the hosts,.. an MTV hip hop VJ announcer, and for whatever reason every stupid reality show has to have a BRIT and THEIR annoying accent,.. to this shows premise altogether- it’s a HUGE FAILURE! It’s a show full of “failures” doomed to embarrass this already embarrassing network! Only people I truly feel sorry for are the charities these losers represent!!

Spencer and Heidi are little babies, that always want attention. The reality show, which I just saw commercials on it, they are wimps and cry babies.
