169 Calorie Chocolate Milkshake Recipe:

- 1 pint low fat chocolate ice cream
- 2 individual packs of 100 calorie chocolate wafers
- 1 tbsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup low fat milk

Blend on medium speed until creamy and enjoy!

I wish I could find those recipes they talked about so I could try them out before I buy the cookbook.

The book is Cook Yourself Thin available on Amazon.com
I believe the show is still on hiatus but will resume soon. The shows name the same, on Lifetime Television network check in your location. The show is good as far as inspiring but the ending (unless they changed it) is slightly boring. It did motivate me to diet again lost 12 # so far Yeah!
