I really do not want a president who is celebrated because he’s handsome, (half)black, stylish, or ‘cool’ - how are they EVER qualifications for the job? Throw in high living, over the top exposure, fluff coverage, and egg-shell walking by those around him, and IMO, you have a recipe for failure

Hey, ‘vickie’ and ‘becka’ - it IS OUR money(well, people who have JOBS, anyway)footing the bill for this guy’s every move. Even the SIMPLEST of MINDS know THAT. Most of the money they got, they were given for the campaign, cause everyone had to rain money on him for reasons unknown. All he does is spew about the economy,and ‘sharing the wealth’(yeah, right), have more money made like it’s from a Monopoly game (let’s hope we remember that HE’S devaluing the dollar in doing this), tell college students to work for non-profit orgs., on top of all the ‘other stuff’ (that for some reason, only stopped SOME of us from voting him in), place people in his cabinet based on diversity OVER experience, and party like it’s 1999! Why is this an issue? My how no one complained about the Bush’s and having secret service follow their drunken daughters all over the city, on taxpayer dollars. It comes with the territory wherever the President goes, he has to have that detail its nothis choice but bestowed on him by taxpayers. Know your history people.

You people are so envious and filled with jealousy it’s pathetic. You know as well as i do that even if he wasn’t president he would take his wife out for a night out on the town. But because he’s president the extra monetary expenses comes with the territory. What you people failed to realize is that he had money even before he became president. And becoming president his money only doubled everyone knows exactly what the presidents make. So it’s not like he’s an ovenight millionaire you idiots! Let that man keep a little bit of his normal life while he strives to get the world out of this hell hole that someone else made.

Why are “you people” so evil and hateful. The President and First Lady deserve some quality free time - what, are they suppose to be prisoners in the White House for their entire 4-year term - simple minds know that the protection issue will cost, no matter where they go or what they do - it comes with the job and the expense of having a president - be it President Obama or whoever you voted for - give it a rest.

Obama is not paying for his Broadway date night, and he sure would not ask any of his friends to pay $73K either. Why should he when he can scam that case easy as pie. We are paying for their night out on the town. I wonder who payed for that dress and diamond braclet she is wearing? We did. I am retired and have to go to the Dollar Theater to see a movie, and I surely could not see a Broadway show. I do not know how they have the audacity to spend this kind of money when so many people have lost their jobs,homes,cars, and God only knows what else. He is going to tax everything imaginable. Gas, all our utilities, food is going to skyrocket. Our dollar will be devalued because of all the paper money he is making. I have to stop because I could go on and on. He has got to stop his rediculous spending.

Was the Gulfstream own by a private party, the Obama have the money to pay for it, maybe one of their celeb friends paid for the plane. The Regans always had their H’Wood friends pay for things.
