President Barack Obama enjoyed an authentic French feast with his family in Paris -- and footed the bill himself!
The Commander-in-Chief got flack after the cost of his NYC date (75K) with First Lady Michelle Obama was made public last week. During their visit to France, Obama paid for his family to enjoy foie gras, lamb and steak at a small Parisian bistro.

Barack Obama departs Germany en route to Paris. The President and German Chancellor Angela Merkel had visited Buchenwald, the former Nazi concentration camp where more than 56,000 prisoners died.

The First Family -- minus President Obama -- enjoy a day of sightseeing at the Eiffel Tower in Paris.
Saturday, June 6: Arriving in Caen
The President and First Lady step off Air Force One upon their arrival in Caen. He joined the leaders of Britain and France and hundreds of World War II veterans Saturday to mark the 65th anniversary of D-Day the beaches of Normandy.

The President and First Lady ate at this Parisian restaurant near the Eiffel Tower. They were served water, Coke and table wine to accompany foie gras, lamb, and steak with shallots.

Anna, this is what boggles my mind. I, as SO VERY many more people, agree w/ you. My question is, where the heck was everybody last November?? Who couldn’t have seen this coming? I believe something was ‘done’ to get the few votes needed to win, and I’m frightened that because you get what you pay for, we are in some serious trouble, while we watch the ‘celebrity’ ‘news’. That’s M.O. - sorry it’s not P.C. - T.F.B! PS: If this guy knocks us one more time, while he’s on one of his jaunts, all credibility and loyalty should disappear.
