"Hannah Montana" megastar Miley Cyrus is sporting a new nose piercing in a pic posted on Twitter.

In the shot, the 16-year-old is posing with mama Tish in Savannah, Georgia. Miley is in the Peach State filming "The Last Song," written by "The Notebook's" Nicolas Sparks.
