Lindsay Lohan celebrated her 23rd birthday at the Wet Republic pool party in Las Vegas over the weekend. LiLo spent the day lounging poolside in a VIP bungalow, wearing a red bikini.

While walking the blue carpet at Wet Republic, Lindsay commented on the recent deaths of Farrah Fawcett and Michael Jackson, saying, "I think we're all just in mourning and we should just all respect the privacy of the family."
