I do not mean this in a derogatory way, but I do not think the country realizes that the stereotypical “Jersey Girl” represented on NJ Housewives is NOT typical for the entire state. The attitudes and mannerisms that have been televised are more typical of NORTH Jersey girls. Yes, I am from NJ, and believe me, North Jersey and South Jersey should be split into two separate states. They are worlds apart.
