Katherine Jackson, mother of Michael, has been granted temporary guardianship of the late King of Pop's three children. View the court documents here.
Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11, and Prince Michael II aka Blanket, 7, will be looked after by Katherine until permanent custody arrangements have been made.
It is not yet known if Debbie Rowe, the biological mother of the two older children, will seek custody. Blanket was born to an unknown surrogate.

I hope Joe doesn’t have a chance to screw up his children’s life like he did Michael’s. Michael never had a chance at any kind of life other than the one he had because his father pushed him so hard from the time Joe realized Michael was a money maker. If the kids have any talent at all Joe will have them working just like he did Michael…just my thoughts
I think it is shocking that Michael Jackson has died but I feel now maybe he will face his judgement if he was a child molester. It’s hard for me to feel sad for a child molester. Just because he wasn’t convicted of the crime dosen’t mean he didn’t do it. You have to remember, OJ wasn’t convicted either.

Isn’t it sad the continuous vicious cycle that takes place? Giving Ms. Jackson custody at all is only giving these people grand opportunity to screw up the lives of some still forming minds of these young people.
We all know the bang-up job Joe has done with his own children, ..making them all slaves to the industry, and whack-jobs to boot. I don’t believe there is a “normal” person in this bunch. And that they ALL (especially Mr. Jackson) need long over-due psychological evaluation!!
These kids have zero shot at anything close to a “normal” life and childhood.
