Joe Jackson has reportedly been left out of the King of Pop's will -- presumably due to allegations that he beat Michael when the singer was a child.

The Wall Street Journal reports that Joe is not listed as a beneficiary in Jackson's will. Michael's mother Katherine, Michael's children and several charities are reportedly named as beneficiaries.

An unconfirmed report today suggests that Michael's funeral procession will be led by a white horse-drawn carriage, which would carry his body through the streets of Los Angeles.

A public memorial for the pop icon is to be held today at Harlem's Apollo Theater in New York. The memorial was scheduled to begin at 2 PM EDT, and fans have already begun to gather to honor Jackson.

Joe Jackson is so damn ugly he surely couln’t be Michaels father. I think it is funny that he gets no money. That old fool will probably try to get a book published and tell every one Michael was lying and he never abused his son. He will do anything to make money using Michael even after his son is dead. Poor Michael he needed help mentally and he never got it. I hope we never hear from that ugly Joe again.

I am so glad Joe is not in the will! He deserves nothing because of the way he treated Michael. Michael’s problems stems from his treatment by Joe who is a philanderer and an adulterer among other things. I guess you can tell I can’t stand the man and I don’t even know him personally. Michael was nevertheless SUPER FANTASTIC and there will never be another one like him. I love you, Michael.

YAY!!! And I don’t think his brothers should get anything either… including being able to tour “in his name.” No way.. no how! Janet, only if she’s up to it. She’s the only one who really stuck by him outside Katherine, and she’s the only one who really worked on her ***own*** career!

I also saw someone suggest a protest of Joe’s record label. What do you all think of that ??

I think it speaks volumes, if it is true, that Michael’s problems were caused by his Father’s brutal child-rearing ways.

This story just gets weirder and weirder. We will probably find out that the person that died was not really MJ but an impersonater. Old Joe Jackson sure is money hungry looks like he is trying to cash in on his sons death.
