[I know… a little late on this … but I qualify for a legit honeymoon!!

I just got engaged a little while ago, and we are on such a tight budget as my fiance and I are paying for the entire wedding (I’m making my wedding dress … we’ll see how that goes!).

Maldives has been a dream forever! It’s out of question for my fiance and I to pay for it … but we both need a relaxing and beautiful setting for a nice honeymoon! … When I saw the opportunity, I had to post!!!

My fiance and I already wanted very badly to go to Maldives. In fact we were looking at this very hotel, the only problem is, we could not possibly afford it. I am a self made woman, coming from a poor family, I had to put myself through college without any help from family. I also will not receive any help with the wedding costs from family since there is no money they could give. We would be incredibly grateful to win this luxurious trip. P.S. We have dated for 9 years, so I think we deserve a big bang of a honeymoon!

I just got engaged this past Valentine’s Day. I have been disabled for the past year. I’ve had 6 surgeries so I can regain function in my arm. Ed has been by my side for all the surgeries, he even stayed in the hospital with me. He got laid off 2 months ago and we probablly will sacrifice our honeymoon for financial reasons. The Maldive Islands were one of our picks for our destinations so that would make it an even BIGGER surprise to my fiance`

Hello, my husband and I have been married five years on May 22nd and have never had a true honeymoon. We have four daughters and have never taken a vacation, let alone one together. This would be a wonderful vacation for us to rekindle what we had when we first got married. Help!
