I am extremely happy that Shawn won!! I think she EARNED it. Yes Gilles and Melissa were both awesome dancers but she grew as a dancer and earned her place. Someone mentioned that Carrie Ann noticed a mistake in Melissas routine but gave her a 10. I saw a very obvious flub in Gilles routine that wasn’t even mentioned. Congratulations Shawn and Mark!! You are awesome and completely deserved to win.

I think Gills should have won. He is the best dancer and was from the beginning. He had the moves and was sexy as all getup. He made a lot of hearts race. I think the tally was wrong. Try again.

I thought Gilles was going to win for sure. I was totally shocking. Even Mark looked shocked. I feel sad for Gilles, he wanted the trophy so bad. Shawn is cute and Mark can sure move. But I do feel Gilles was robbed of his trophy.

I think Shawn’s free-style was the most original of the night, but it was was more gymnastics than dance. I don’t know what the rules are, if any, for the free-style, but the choreography clearly played to her strengths. She doesn’t have the gracefulness of the more balletic Melissa, so at this point it’s what you prefer. I think Gilles has performed the best overall throughout the competition, with Melissa 2nd and Shawn 3rd.

I was going for Melissa the whole way or Gille because he’s hot but I think Shawn outdanced them in the end and it is a dance contest1
