Are Izzie and George really dead on Grey's

All across America, millions of jaws hit the floor as two of "Grey's Anatomy's" most popular stars appeared to be headed for the morgue in the season 5 finale.

Co-star Chandra Wilson tells "Extra" she doesn't even know if Izzie and George are dead or alive! Wilson adds, "In my world, I would love to see us all still there together."

Entertainment Weekly's Michael Ausiello is shocked too. He says, "I can't imagine this show wanted to lose Katherine Heigl." Michael spoke with series creator Shonda Rhimes who would only spill one secret. Rimes told Ausiello that since the start of the season, she knew what the final minutes of the finale would be.

"Extra" wants to know: Do you think Izzie and George are really dead?

i think izzy will be back…in the last moments she is the one who hears everyone trying to save her…omally will probaby be in like a comma or something…i dont get it why do people try and leave such succesful shows that make them…its just being ungrateful if u ask me….its not like they are young they are pretty old when it comes to hollywood age, they just need to keep making great shows….and shonda rhymes love yah….she is totally brilliant!

I would like to see them both come back. I know that Izzy want to but I haven’t heard about Omaly, saying that he doesn’t want to leave the show.
They both have said that they want out to pursue other projects, but Izzy, has changed her mind.

Waiting for the Dallas Cheer gal to be gone. This is suposed to be people who haven’t ever danced. She had a head start by doing ruteins and dance moves as a cheer girl. The credit card gal as my husband called her on the batchlor has to go. I was so glad when Jason wised up and went back to Molly. It was just qa game to the cheer gal but Molly really loved Jason.

I knew it was Omalley when they brought him on the stretcher!!! I kept screaming @ the tv…”it’s Omalley, it’s Omalley!”
I think Shonda Rhimes did a brilliant finale…I was so moved…it was a bittersweet ending!!

Boy, I certainly didn’t see that coming! One thing I have to say, the writers of this show are brilliant!! Absolutely BRILLIANT!!
I think Izzy will be back but George will be off the show and on to other projects.

Can’t wait to see what’s next!!

No! I think everyone will get shocked. Issie will wake up, where she and Alex will slowly heal.

Omaly will not die. When he recovers, the girl that he saved will become something more.
