"Spider-Man" Tobey Maguire and his wife, jewelry designer Jennifer Meyer, welcomed a son on Friday.

"I can confirm the Maguires had a baby boy today, and the family is healthy and happy," rep Kelly Bush told People magazine.

Toby, 33, and Jennifer, 31, have one other child -- daughter Ruby, 2½. The couple have been married since 2007.
