Pop sensation Katy Perry tells "Extra" that her good friend Rihanna is moving on with her life. "She's fine. She's happy. Happy girl... she's smiling," she said.

But don't expect Perry to dish about Rihanna's legal drama involving her ex, Chris Brown. At People magazine's party sponsored by Svedka Vodka, the "Waking Up in Vegas" singer said, "We're just friends. I don't get into her business. I think people don't really know the situation of what's going on unless they're in the situation... I think it's respectful to not even talk about it."

The case against Chris Brown continues in a Los Angeles courtroom on May 28.
