Reality mom Kate Gosselin dodges rumors and tells Larry King, "Don't believe everything you read!"

"Jon & Kate Plus 8" star Kate Gosselin is standing by hubby Jon, telling Larry King, "I feel like this is a situation, you know, you can't believe everything that you read."

The reality TV mom of eight, whose oft berated husband is accused of having an affair, also brushed off the media frenzy surrounding their famous family. "We, as you know, have a reality show. Everyone wants to know everything about us," she said.

Kate, author of a book, "Eight Little Faces: A Mom's Journey," said Jon is dealing with that scrutiny "very poorly."

The couple married in 1999 after meeting at a picnic in 1997. Jon has vehemently denied the affair.

If your family member is having marital problems would you tell them to go out and cheat or would you tell them to go see a marriage counselor? You would want your family member to be happy so you would guide them in the right direction. You wouldn’t tell your family member, “yeah, go out and cheat since you have a bad marriage” or would you?

Having an affair makes matters worse than what they already are. It compounds the problem. Cheating brings more misery into the marriage.

Jon and Kate should get marriage counseling. With all that money they are making, they can afford to see a marriage counselor.

Jon is not brain dead and if he doesn’t like the way his wife treats him, he has options and cheating is not one of them. They have too many kids to deal with and they need a vacation together.

Having an affair or cheating is not going to help the family any.

Jon and Kate have options and there are solutions to a bad marriage. Cheating is not an option. It will detiorate the marriage quickly.

I hope they both get professional help to save their family from a life of misery.

I think this is all just a lot of nonsense drummed up to create excitement for the show. I don’t watch reality shows and have never seen it but it must need a boost or something.

Look people who are we to judge Kate and John.I just hope they see a counslor before making decisions. I understand the pressure of having children and needing time for yourselves. They just need help communicating,need time away from the media and us. I still love their show.They really don’t need negative people and comments. You would think you people would be more postive and restpectful. We also need to understand that your comments,publicty are hurting the whole family. Think of what will happen if the children here this on tv ,shows.Well I will pray for you John and Kate. God Bless

This is what happens when you sell yourself and your family to the highest bidder. There isn’t anymore privacy, your life is an open book. I feel for the children that it. Jon & Kate need to ask themselves was the money worth it.

Perhaps Jon wouldn’t be cheating if you treated him better.

You are always undermining him, yelling at him, you treat him like a child (or worse), and make him feel invaluable.

I don’t feel sorry for you, I feel sorry for Jon and the children who shouldn’t have to be around all of your negativity.

Okay Kate if Jon isnt cheating please explain this video showing Jon leaving a single 23 yr old woman’s house at 7am.

oh Kate who was watching the kids while Jon spent the night at his “friend” house ?

Oh Kate why was Jon seen at a bar drunk without his ring ? And why was he leaving with the same “friend” and calling her babe ? I know that I refer to all my “friends” as babe.

Give me a break Kate. Your marriage is a sham and we know it. Gotta keep those checks coming in from TLC though. $100,000 per episode plus $30,000 per speaking engagement adds up to plenty of motive to keep the appearance of a family going

the romurs that are going on to the gosslin family is sad but there is other side to the story that i not being told. we should hear it.but i do feel sad that is going on to that nice family.
