She and another woman were semi-nude and were simulating certain “Acts” if you know what I mean. LOL! And she went on to have a successful career in both singing and acting! So what’s with the double standard with both the media and certain elements of the general public? It was okay for her but not for Carrie? HYPOCRISY with a capital H! But that’s pretty much par for the course with the far left crack-pots in Hollywood and the media!

I totally respect and admire her braveness to say what she think even knowing that was going to cost her, that’s something we should rescue in todays world. is easier do the say what people want to hear. Then why we complain about politicians, etc for their fake promisses.

If she had not have been so forthright and honest in her stance on traditional marriage, Miss California would have had the world at her feet, including all the nuts and crooks and gays and crazies in Hollywood.

What she did as a teenager was not the wisest thing. How she answered her question during the pageant was her honest feelings (that she was asked to express) and kudos to her for standing fast to her morals. She obviously learned something from the modeling episode- don’t compromise your standards. Perez Hilton is a NOBODY who made himself famous because of his meanness. And as for Mario gleefully telling the latest on “Miss Moral” as he put it, he lost his charm with that smirk. He ought to be wise enough to know- what goes around comes around.

It’s freedom of speech when THEY say. Why is it that THEY don’t see the total, unabashed hypocrisy of that which is a basic right, NO MATTER WHAT. She didn’t hurt anyone with her opinion. No one can take it from her, or make her second guess herself, or try to discredit her for having a valid opinion, based on her personal views. I googled this to see what it is about. I’m a Christian too and these two things I know. First, as Chrians we need to be extremely careful of our testimony, especially of things that seem innocent at the moment but are comprimising. Second, we are all sinners. When we come to Christ, it’s not because we’re great people but because we recognise our poverty of spirit (i.e. spiritual ruin because of sin) and our need for the perfect Son of God to be our saviour.

I don’t agree with this but I can’t condemn someone doing this when they were only 17 (my question is where were her parents). However, I don’t feel that she answered the question correctly in the pageant when she said that people have a choice and they don’t in most states. Also I heard today that after tallying she didn’t stand a chance of winning the contest anyway!
