No, Alice, I don’t believe so. No matter how much talent you possess,you have to sometimes deal w/ negative feedback. Are we only supposed to entertain positive comments, empty praise, and compliments? PARENTS shouldn’t even do that. Let’s put it this way: the Simons of the world, although brash at times, do you a much better service in the creative or entertainment field,by telling it like it is, than the Paulas,who feel the need to constantly stroke your ego.
