If denying and delaying justice were an olympic sport, HKS would take the gold. At the end of the day though, he’s going to jail and the 9th Circuit Court will defer to the original TX court’s decision and throw his case out! Justice will eventually be served!

If not her death, he should most definately be charged with fraud and other drug charges. Does anyone not think that he had bad intentions- i mean, he kept suppling her after the same drugs killer her son!

The prosecutor is simply scapegoating Howard - using him for his own political agenda - how sad! No matter what anyone says, Howard loved Anna deeply - it is so obvious! He tried to help her but she was very sick and very manipulative. What most people don’t know is that some of the meds they were giving her were intended to treat her addictions and her withdrawal. My prayers are with Howard during this very stressful ordeal.
