Penn Files Again

Back in 2007, Sean Penn filed for divorce from wife Robin Wright Penn, then they decided to give it another go, but it seems that it hasn't worked out, as Sean just filed for legal separation, "Extra" has exclusively learned.

The two have been married since 1996 and have two teenage children. It's been a big year for Penn, 48, who won nearly every major award for his work in "Milk," including a Best Actor Oscar.

Last time they filed, the couple sought joint custody of the kids, which will likely be the case again this time. Penn was previously married to Madonna.

I agree, she is better off without the usa hater, i am so happy for her, I hope her and the kids will be fine and I hope he moves to germany, ot korea, north korea.

Mandie, listen to him talk about his hatred for his country. He is the most unpatriotic slime ball in Hollywood. He’s a very gifted actor, but I am certain if you took the time to listen to him discuss America, and the Americans in it, you would agree with me. It’s sad, and he has nothing but love for communist countries who want to wipe us off the face of the earth.

This is unfortunate.I am sad for both. But I love how everyone is talking like they know Sean personally. He has a right to his opinion on politics, Hollywood, etc. Frankly, I agree with his statements about how his Hollywood peers care more about fashion and parties than making decent films because they love their art. He may not be all smiles, nor perfect with his marriage, but why all the presumptions that he is a bad guy? I think a lot of it is an image for the public, that’s all. Listen to Emile Hirsch talk about how Sean mentored him while filming “Into the Wild” on YouTube.

I’m sure he filed because she loves America, and he clearly hates it! She is beautiful and will find a man that won’t subject her to American flag burning rituals and dinners with Hugo Chavez! And someone who doesn’t talk smack about the very country he has to thank for his millions of dollars…

They are both still,excellent actors even though,they may experience some turmoil leading to a parting of ways between the two.
