"Cheetah Girl" Sabrina Bryan has teamed up with The Alliance for a Healthier Generation to launch empowerME, a campaign challenging today's youth to make their own workout video. The top five finalists will receive autographed copies of Sabrina's newest "Byou" DVD -- and the winner will also receive a personalized video message from Sabrina!

Sabrina is the best! Such a class act and so determined to help young girls. It is so great to see a young star who is not focussing on herself or making poor choices. Sabrina works really hard to be a great role model and is doing an amazing job. I hope lots of kids send in their videos!

It is so refreshing to have Sabrina show us that you can be the best you can be in a wholesome manner In today’s day and age with so many young women who feel the need to flaunt themselves for fame and fortune. She has proven that you can be self confident and goal minded while still being true to yourself. Everything she does is an empowerment to EVERYONE…and this is just another wonderful example!
