Perry Stalker Not Charged
The woman who threatened Tyler Perry's life via email has not been charged with felony aggravated stalking.
The Fulton County District Attorney's Office tells "Extra," "The case is new and open investigation. It has not been indicted." Dawne Wilson allegedly violated a restraining order by entering Perry's Atlanta studios last week.
According to police documents, Wilson "was seen talking today [April 15] to Mr. Perry at his studio in Atlanta." The police report says Wilson told cops she was "called to come to the studio by an employee there and assumed it was alright to be there."
Wilson is in police custody. If convicted, she could be sentenced to 10 years in prison.

Ok… So I was an extra on set when she was pretending to be an extra as a server and had no idea that she was his stalker. She seemed to be very polite but then asked me and two other bar staff extras to go talk to Tyler and we said no! We were strictly told not to speak to any of the main characters especailly Tyler Perry.
