Is Jamie Foxx Sorry for his Miley Rant?

0415foxx.jpg

Does Jamie Foxx regret slamming Miley Cyrus during his Sirius Satellite Radio talk show?

Don't think we've been outfoxed, it's true! Foxx tells Jay Leno he officially regrets blasting the 16-year-old on "The Foxxhole" show. The 41-year-old says, "Sometimes as comedians, as we do, we go a little bit too far."

The Oscar winner also reached out to the "Hannah Montana" megastar, saying, "Miley, I apologize, so I'll call you."

That didn’t sound like what a ‘comedian’ does when he’s trying to make us laugh. That was just a mean-spirited rant, based on his fishwife nosiness re: a typical dissed teenage comment she made about Radiohead. Then Foxx retaliated, as though Radiohead are paying his bills. Maybe, in a year or two, when HIS daughter is around the same age, some comedian will take a few jabs at HER anatomy, or tell her to do heroin, or make a s@x tape - if she didn’t already by that time. HAHA, funny, right, jamie?

If he had not felt it, he would not have so strongly and viciously made the comments he did. Yes, he did not expect the reaction for all of us..and he needs us at the box office. BE STRONG…he is no better than the white folks who were scrutinized for less than he said, and are still paying for it!! No more Jamie Fox!!!

TO: not buying it - unfortunately, you’re exactly right - and yet, NOTHING WILL BE DONE ABOUT IT. Not everyone gets sharpie’s attention and empathy.

I just can’t believe he would say such things. Doesn’t he know that kids are off limits. I admired him so much as a comedian, actor and singer. Not anymore. His words were so cruel. He should be ashamed. What would his grandmother think? And how would he think if such things were said about his daughter. His so called apology was lame!

He hasn’t begun to pay for the hatefulness coming accross his tongue!

He needs to be taken off XM radio airwaves!! The racist he has proven himself to be not just over this, but in the past with Michael Richards, Imus, Howard Stern amongst others… can’t go un-recognized with a slap on the wrists!! Imus was held up like a captured terrorist by Sharpton and Jackson when he made rude comments on the radio? And Richards was also a beaten slave, over his remarks. What makes FOXX any more special?

Oh, I get it,… special colors, special treatment. Let’s just continue to make racism a “white” problem ONLY. Media knows no bias.. Double standard.

- not buying it

He deserves an Oscar for the acting job he did on that so called apology. He blamed it on the fact that he is a comedian. He apologized as a comedian, not a person. He also lied. He said that the audio was only part of it. The audio was all of it. He turned the whole apology into a joke. Everyone should reject it because it was insincere dribble.

I guess the fool realized his movie’s just coming out - time for the false amends.
