Troubled singer Chris Brown was spotted leaving an L.A. tattoo parlor with a mystery woman -- sparking romance rumors!
Chris and the unidentified girl were snapped by paparazzi as they exited the inkery. While some reports claim she is an ex-girlfriend of Brown's, others allege that woman is Natalie Mejia from the group Girlicious.
Breezy's rep insists that the "Forever" singer doesn't even know who the woman is.

CB is young, he needs help… I also think in some way Riri is also in the wrong and that’s why she didn’t want to press charges. As for playing their music, So many stars do the wrong thing, carry weapons, do drugs, but no one stops playing their music, showing their movies, playing their sports games on TV… It just doesn’t work like that. Also Ri didn’t set a good example to young woman in this situation by reacting to the situation the way she did. So she’s not a good role model either at this point, but no one sees it like that.

I don’t understand why Brown has not made use of his female friend since he’s “so abusive.” She would know his “HISTORY.” If he was such an ABUSER, don’t you think the female college student friend he’s said to be associating with would have CORROBORATED Rihanna’s story? Rihanna is known to be angry, jealous, controlling and possessive - ALL characteristics of an ABUSER ! ! ! She probably lied in the police report and the leaked photo is obviously retouched and “PHOTOSHOP-ed.” NEVER FORGET DUKE UNIVERSITY ! ! !

I agree with you Dalia. The big question is… Why doesn’t his manager(s) provide better life skills and emotional advice for this young person. He still needs mentoring. Those in charge of his money are just using him and when he is no longer a cash cow they’ll move on to their next host (like parasites)!!!
I’m disgusted with the way the entertainment industry deals with these young people. There is no responsible direction and guidance offered to the young talent. They use and exploit them for selfish gain.
