Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller welcomed baby Max home from the hospital!

Max joins twin brother Bob at home with the Sheens. The 4-week-old baby was held a little longer than his in the hospital than his big bro because he was underweight.

Charlie wraps up "Two and a Half Men" this week, which means the proud pop will be able to stay home with his kids for awhile!
