Alleged Foxx Stalker Not a 'Law Abiding Citizen'

A man has been arrested in Philadelphia for allegedly stalking Jamie Foxx, who had to fight off the man as he tried to enter Foxx's hotel room!

While the Oscar winner was in Philadelphia shooting the crime drama "Law Abiding Citizen," Steven Toliver reportedly attempted to enter Foxx's room at the AKA Hotel on three separate occasions last month. On one a occasion, Foxx was in the room and physically pushed Toliver out. The 49-year-old intruder allegedly claimed to be Beyoncé's producer. Foxx was not injured in the scuffle.

Security guards recognized the same man several days later near where the movie was being filmed, where he was taken into police custody.

Foxx tells "Extra, "I can't really speak on it. There was a little drama but they fixed it and worked it out. Thanks to the Philadelphia Police Department. We're good."

Toliver is facing numerous charges, including stalking and burglary. He apparently has a lengthy arrest record.

The hotel should have called the cops the first time the guy showed up. He had a long criminal history, and obviously mental health issues. There are stalkers everywhere. You should have seen the female Gerard Butler fans during the filming of Law Abiding Citizen. CRAZY!!! Foxx was not buying drugs dim wit. I hope people will not be be put off by this, and continue to film in our great city.

i dont believe this one bit. This was probably a drug deal gone bad. I bet Mr. Foxx was scoring his nightly crack and the guy didnt have all the necessary gear for him to get high right then, then they two cracked out jigaboo’s started to rumble in the Hotel. When the police arrived who are you going to believe?

Im no fool. I can see right thru this line of crapola.

Find a tall oak tree and a good rope and give all these stalkers the justice they deserve. there are soo many of these pscho’ s running around, they all need to be stopped. They are scary,and when they serve their prison time, they come out and do the same thing. We need vigilante justice in this world. These pscho’s get away with it and they don’t stop. Someone stop them. There is too many of them running around loose, hel round them all up and take care of them. Lock them up and don’t ever let the come out, they can’t be rehabilitated, they are idiots.
