I’ve read both books. Suzanne Somers has zero medical credentials, but Dr Erika is THE bioidentical hormone expert, recognized around the world. Her book is the golk standard for those who are really serious about hormones.

Heaven help us from looking like Suzanne Somers. If this is what hormones do, count me out!

I bought the Suzanne Somers book and I bought Dr. Erika’s book too. Dr. Erika’s the real thing. Suzanne Somers should be selling thigh busters and lose some weight.
