Stouffer's has donated nearly 80,000 meals for needy people in L.A. -- now "Extra" and Stouffer's are teaming up to feed one hungry "Extra" friend!

One lucky "Extra" friend will win Stouffer's dinner for four -- for an entire year! Stouffer's has partnered with CASA, The National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse at Columbia University, to create the "Let's Fix Dinner" challenge to encourage families to eat dinner together. "Stouffer's recognizes the importance of sitting down to family meals," said Brett White, Director of Marketing for Stouffer's. "Spending hours in the kitchen or lots of money at a restaurant for dinner isn't what matters -- it's spending time with family, enjoying a meal together -- that's what is most important."

The word is dinner. After cooking for 64 years of married life, it would be nice to sit in my wheelchair and not have to.

Why not sell your computers? They are luxuries, unless you work at home. It’s a start, and I’ve sold many unnecessary items when in need.

Just a wish I even had a chance in the world to even come close to winning.
Just can’t even express the need we have

I FEEL GUILTY ENTERING AS EVERYONE ELSE SEEMS TO DESERVE IT SO MUCH MORE. GOOD LUCK TO ALL THOSE THAT REALLY NEED IT. I AM ROOTING FOR YOU.

I have 3 young children & 1 due in a few days. Did I mention hurricane Ike wrecked my home? I now cook with an electric skillet & a deep daddy fryer to boil water in my tiny bathroom upstairs. At least I still have a roof over my head even though there’s huge sections of it missing. It sure would be nice not to worry about dinner for a change (at least one year anyways). Thanks… Lauren

This would be wonderful since I am not able to cook meals like I use to. I have a chronic lung disease on oxygen. It would be a blessing to win something once in my life. and extra special because it would bring such relief.
