Is Bernie Madoff's wife about to be homeless?! Judge Jeanine Pirro is sounding off on the crook's "better half."

Ruth Madoff is currently living easy in a $7-million Manhattan penthouse, but Pirro predicts "she will lose about everything."

This judge doesn't think Bernie acted alone, "Don't tell me for one minute that one person ran a $65 billion ponzi scheme." Pirro says Madoff's wife and two sons are comparable to mobsters. "You've got the central figure. You've got the family involved in the operation of the business." She says, "He ruled by fear."

Mrs. Madoff claims $65 million as her own assets.

You damn right Bernie’s wife will loose almost everything!!! If I were the judge use all the money she has to pay back the ripped off people and of course the billions. But yes I think the Bernie’s kids and wife will be broke except a couple thousand dollars. I also believe that the government will make sure all the assets like the apartments, house, vehicles will be all be sold and the money will go to the victims and rightfully so Bernie Madoff’s wife and kids will have nothing!!! Bernie’s Wife and kids are just as guilty as Bernie himself. The whole family needs to rot in hell!!

The Madoff Ponze scheme is reminisent to our US governemnt where the top 10 % earner pays for over 74 % of the cost of running the governemnt. and over 50 % of the population does not pay federal income tax, Now with this recession and decreease personal wealth this bigger ponze scheme will start to enravel.
The difference is that we have to pay income tax and no one had to invest with Bernie Madoff.

She was in cahoots with her husband and their kids.

Ruth deserves to push a grocery cart like a bag lady and send her to go live on the streets with all the homeless.

She will discover that the grass is not greener on the other side. Only then will she realize how stingy they were by seeing the poor homeless live day by day.

No better still, Ruth having a shopping cart out in the streets would be a luxury to her. Send her to the streets with just the clothes on her back.

Good Morning America,

This is the story that everyone should be concerned with. I understand that domestic violence is a very distrubing issue and Chris Brown and Rihanna need help yet,this is not making headlines like that case is. This man should be considered a person who killed lots of people. I say this because he took people’s lives away by taking everything they had. He and his family should pay. Everything they have should be immediately taken and they should all go to prison for life. How did our court system allow this to happen to people. I guess because the people that it happen to were not celebrities.

We had heard over the years he was afraid to drink from a glass as it may have poison in it. Because he had ripped off many before now just had been protected by his donations to investigators this can be found on line Campaign donations of Madoff.

Here is a picture on line now that shows he only drank from canned drinks because of his fear.

I heard from jail-mates everyone thinks he is from the Adams Family show he looks just like Grandpa with his hair cut.

Yes “Ruth and Madoff” are already are getting there Social Security Checks and is it a big monthly check did you know that?

That is all they need to live on. Many victims, average and poor Americans would love to have the Madoff size of Social Security Check.
