'Real Housewife' Arrested for Assault!

The claws are out on "The Real Housewives of New York City" -- and the newest housewife, Kelly Killoren Bensimon, allegedly punched her beau during a heated argument and was arrested for assault!

Bensimon, 40, denies the claim of her 30-year-old boyfriend Nicholas Stefanov, who told police that she clocked him -- leaving him with a black eye and a cut face. Stefanov reportedly claimed his injuries were worse than Rihanna's.

Donald Trump, a friend of the socialite, reveals to "Extra," "I know her, and she's a lovely woman. I don't get it!" adding, "If she's a big hitter type I don't see it at all. I would think he drove her crazy -- something happened."

While filming a recent fashion segment with "Extra," Bensimon chatted about the clothing featured and her beau. "The great thing about this look is I can go to dinner with my boyfriend," she said, modeling the outfit. The model also confessed that after only two episodes of the Bravo series, she's already getting a bad rap. "They're saying all sorts of nasty horrible things," she admitted to "Extra."

Kelly turned herself in Thursday, two days after the altercation, and was released on her own recognizance. "The allegations are by a jilted lover saying she struck him during the course of an argument," her lawyer Stephen Turano tells the NY Daily News. "We deny the charges, and we are hopeful this will be resolved."

Bensimon plans to fight the charges in court.

You know they say once a hitter always a hitter! It was reported that Kelly hit Nicholas but no one reported like they did with Chris B & Rihanna. Nicholas tried to get the reporters to get his photos taken but he said they were not listening to him.

People who start to hit someone are asking for a response. Keep you hands down. Woman end men.

Lucky for her she got no response back.

If you want repect well then behave yourself repectfull.
There should not be a double standard.The police should have picked her up immediately. why did she get two days to turn herself in?

this is also domestic violence. But it would be more interessting if the woman was hit by the man i guess.

I think it is so “funny” how Donald Trump can defend this lady, but bash Chris! Everyone needs to go to youtube and see Puffy on Ellen. He said exactly what I feel about the Chris and Rhianna situation. He shut Ellen up quick!

i wonder how many news sources is gonna run with this story like they are doing the Chris and Rihanna story i doubt that they are though but it need to be said even if this story is true or not women do hit their men and sometimes get away with it
