"ER" started its 15-year run in 1994 before George Clooney was a star. "Extra" was on set of "ER's" pilot episode and caught Clooney with co-star Julianna Margulies chatting between takes. You've got to check out this rare behind-the-scenes footage!

Thank you for 15 years. i was very happy to see that George Cloney make it back to the show. I watched ER for 15 years and I’m sorry that it’s come to end.
