Lindsay Lohan's father Michael has received word of the warrant out for his daughter's arrest -- and told "Extra" that he's concerned for the starlet.

"I am very concerned for my daughter. I love her. I wish the very best for her," said Michael, adding, "I've said it before and I'll say it again -- she has to be careful of the people around her. I worry about any of those negative elements in her life." Mr. Lohan has famously slammed LiLo's girlfriend Samantha Ronson and blamed her for Lindsay's problem -- which caused a rift between him and the "Mean Girls" star.

He continued, "I'm going to do everything I can to help her, including going to L.A. this week. I know that Steven and Danny Baldwin have reached out to her to help as well." The warrant issued for Lohan stems from a 2007 DUI arrest.

Samantha will never leave Lindsey, Lindsey is her MEAL TICKET.

The parents need to get a restraining order against Samantha. If Samantha keeps Lindsey supplied with drugs and alcholol, Samantha will continue to control Lindsey.

Right now, Poor lindsey is in a haze or fog thanks to samantha.

I was reading somewhere that when Samantha goes to her dj gigs,she gets paid over 1,000 $$ if Lindsey shows up at the same place because Lindsey is a celebritie and it will atrract more people.

Samantha has already made lots of money off of Lindsey. Time for the family to get a restraining order like britney’s family did.

Lindsay and Sam are addicts/alcoholics. Sam comes from a rocker family and prob doesn’t need Lindsay’s ‘fame’.

Having said that she is WAY to old for a 22 year old. That gap 20 to 30 gives her too much of a developmental edge and a 22 year old is just too vulnerable. Lindsay and Sam are both very unwell and could easily die from their addictions.

Lindsay,if you feel all this media hype is worth your public knowing that your are in fact a Lesbian then great knowing that your personal life is now everbody’s buisness but if your going to play it out in public then it do it right.Respect Sam and Sam respect Lindsey. Your fans will be different but be true to your self and your relationship with Sam. I really do not like the person she is for you if that is the way you are playing it these days, I think she is after your money and what is left of your fame, nobody cares who you sleep with but be loud and proud and tell them all that she is your lover,dont be so cryptic, I am married for 25 plus years and have one 10 year old little boy. Somthing you may regreat later,not having kids but you don’t have to be straight to have them but with you and your other issues it would be nice if you could do something nice and do one thing in your life that is positive,that went with little or nor complications. Just like Britney, Lindseys’ girlfriend, samantha has a tight grip on her. Once, Britney was away from her ex adan, she flourished and prospered. It took Britneys’ entire family to intervene, especially her dad who took the bulls by the horns and he is still continuing to help Britney.

Michael Lohan has to to do the right intervening. As long as Lindsey has Samantha hanging around her, (samantha is an opportunist) Lindsey will continue to spiral out of control.

Her whole family has to intervene in order to help her. LILO needs a new girlfriend, samantha has got to go.
