Lily Allen is all "Smiles" during a food run at In-N-Out in Redondo Beach, California. The U.K. star stocked up on fountain drinks during her pit stop -- perhaps the singer wants to make the most of her time on the west coast, where the entire chain of popular burger joints is located!
