Tuddy,
Great job. Loved seeing you climb that hill with 40 lbs of chains. After the show I went straight to the gym and got on the treadmill for almost an hour.

Unbelievable, fantastic job which I am very impressed and happy for you, I know how difficult it is to return to good form, I am in this fight now.
Congratulations to you, the Pennã and Mario is a friend and brother loves you, proof is to see you healthy and well. With all sure his wife and family in general were important. Now is keeping!
If I lived in the USA, I write the program to participate and make all these efforts to return to my good form! How I’m doing my activities with my personal, that logic is going to result, it is also very good, but its was very fast and efficient! Again Congratulations to all!

Tuddy is SO HOT - he looks so good - the world should be proud of him, he took the challenge and accomplished a goal - wish I could be so focused! Congrats to you - you look GREAT!
