I like to flatten pieces of bread, cut the crusts, spread on some Philadelphia cream cheese, roll it up, cut it into fourths and dip them in melted butter, sugar and cinnamon and bake in the oven for a bit. Cinnamon Snails!

I like to spread cream cheese on a slice of deli ham, roll it up & eat it! Add a chive sprig or thin green onion before rolling it up & that’s good too!

Grab a fresh bolio, cut it in half but more like a sub so everything stays in. Spread some cream cheese on the inside. Add slices of avocado and tomato. If you wish, add a preferred amount of hot sauce or salsa. I love Valentina, it has excellent flavor and for the weaklings, they have a mild bottle. Unless your a vegetarian add a few slices of sandwich meat. Ham taste the best (oh and get the thinly sliced, they are easier to cram in there with all that wonderfulness). And that’s it. Oh, and enjoy.
