"Extra" has learned Charlie Sheen and his wife Brooke are the proud parents of twin boys!
The happy couple welcomed healthy sons Bob and Max on Saturday, March 14. The twosome married in May 2008.
These are the first children for Brooke. Bob and Max join sisters Cassandra, Sam and Lola, who are Charlie's children from previous relationships.
