Paris Hilton and rumored loverboy Doug Reinhardt arrived at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Friday afternoon to kick off the heiress' belated birthday festivities in Las Vegas. Miss Hilton turned 28 back on February 18.

The pair flew by private jet along with 15 friends and pulled up to the hotel in a caravan of Hard Rock SUVs.
