Will and Jada Reach Out to Chris and Rihanna

215.jpg

At the NAACP Image Awards on Thursday night, Will Smith told "Extra" that he and his wife are supporting Chris Brown and Rihanna. "Jada and I reached out to both of them," Will said. "If it's help they need, then let's get it right."

Speaking out about the alleged attack involving Brown and Rihanna, Smith commented, "This is a time where they need to be left alone and if they have things they need to work out, work it out."

Smith urged the public to stop speculating about the incident saying, "People should take a minute before they jump on it and judge. We don't know nothing. If there are mistakes people make, then they should be willing to live up to the mistakes and do whatever penance they need to do. I don't think it's up to us, specifically the media, with such a fast hand to try to chop someone's head off."

Yea your right men do get abused also. Sometimes even worse like been threatened & then going to prison for a made up crime. Like me. www.toddsappeal.com & www.toddolsonsappeal.com & everyone in Governments knows about it. But they can’t let this get out because this would shock everyone.

Let’s get real. No one in their right mind condones hitting a women or anyone in the weaker position (men get abused too). However, we all need to admit that until we get all the facts…which we probably never will - placing the blame at either individuals feet is unfair and biased. Some women drive men to this and vice versa (and I’m not saying this is right). Anyone who states otherwise is only fooling themselves.

I FEEL FOR BOTH OF THEM AND WHAT WILL AND JADA SAID THATS THE GODS HONEST TRUTH.

Chris & Rihanna, I’m so sorry this happen to the both of you. Please turn to Jesus for forgive for each other, and healing. He is truly the answere for all of us. You both are young, and like Jesus said, ye without sin cast the first stone. None of us are perfect, and yes we all have done things in our lives we truly regret. So please look to God, and receive his grace, and directions today! We truly live in a unforgiving world, and we all will have to stand before God for ourselves. Before you start judging just and pointing fingers remember one might be pointing at them, but four more fingers are pointing back at you. Your not perfect. This is a wake-up call for us all! Love you all Brother Soldier!!!

Shawn Olson lets just clear some things up.. I am a very confident WOMAN with a wonderful life and a wonderful MAN that respects me to the fullest. It is stupid and not to mention against the law to claim a person guilty when they are not proven by court of law to be. Where it would be easy for a closed minded, man bashing, law breaking woman like yourself to point the finger, it’s not to me. IF he is proven guilty, then so be it, he needs to stand up and be a man and take responsibility for his actions. Since you are so involved in this situation by commenting on everyones commit maybe you should let us know the verdict after the case is solved!

I agree with Jada and Will Smith,No one really knows what went on in that car but Chris and Rihanna.I was brought up on there are always two sides to a story
If Chris Brown did beat up on Rihanna I don’t aprove of anyone putting their hands on anybody, man or woman. My problem with this whole situation is that If wrigley temporarily supspended Chris Brown’s Doublemint Commercials and canceled I Got Milk, Along with the NBA making a statement that Chris Brown will no longer participate in their all
star game events in Phoeix.I feel that they should have also taking Rihanna’s Makup Commercials and supspended them as well. Another thing If their talking about cutting Chris off from Music, Then I feel that they should do the same to Rihanna. She is no better then Chris Brown when it comes to a situation
like this one. you know what I mean, look
at the big picture (Good Girl Gone bad
Rihanna has had that title before Chris Brown even came in the picture.Another thing who ever it is that keeps filling Rihanna’s head up with all that stuff about she is so pretty and beautful needs to stop making her head bigger then it already is.

i dont think anyone is making excuses Chris Brown has appeared as a good kid and for the most part grounded compared to his peers in the industry so unless we now what cracked him we shouldn’t be saying anything mean towards either one. And yes hitting a man hitting a women is wrong but its not always for “control”. i wish they could have resolved this without media blowing up every move of a fingernail as if it is so important. it is none of our buisness so just pray for them specifically and for any family is in this situation with loved ones because it not the first time a man has hit a women. the media is making it worse like they always do

I agree with Will and Jade Smith. We need to pray for the both of them.We need to keep them as well as other in our praies. I am not going to say who I think was in the right or in the wrong. I am happy that they have family and firends to go to for help. I have 2 daughters and 2 sons and I always pray for GOD to watch over and protect them. Chirs and Rihanna are both bless and they need to know that there are alot of evil unhappy people who are just waiting on other to mess up their lives so that they (the evil & unhappy people) can feel good about themselvies and their live. Chirs and Rihanna may GOD always be with you and as I always tell my kids Be care Be safe and you are always Bless;-) I am praying for you both.

A man being violent to a woman (whether physical or emotional) is significantly controlled/influenced by maladaptive personality. I can not see Will Smith ever acting/thinking like Chris Brown. And don’t say Chris Brown is still young, his characterological disorder is already molded and ingrained and will continue to manifest throughout his life span.

I just hope Rihanna does not go back to Chris Brown, as it will be digging her own grave. She will be helping the man more if she will chose to pursue the legal action to the fullest extent of the law. Perhaps, the man will think twice when he gets the urge to do the same thing to his next girlfriends/victims or future wives.

New details have emerged about the midnight altercation between Chris Brown and Rihanna that led to Brown being booked on a felony criminal threat charge on Sunday.

“Chris knocked her around,” a source close to the couple tells PEOPLE. “Black eye, blood, bruises. She had to be treated by a doctor.”

A police source confirms to PEOPLE that the singer suffered a black eye as well as “a swollen split lip and two red and purple contusions on either side of her forehead.”

The source, who described police photos of Rihanna, added, “She looked distraught and in a lot of pain. Her eyes were closed because she was looking down.”

The Barbados-bred beauty, 20 – who is currently in “a safe place,” says a friend – is cooperating with detectives, according to the Los Angeles Times. Los Angeles Police Chief William Bratton has said he expects the case will be handed over to the district attorney’s office on Tuesday or Wednesday. At that time, the prosecutors could charge Brown, 19, with more crimes.

The case could be affected by how much Rihanna is willing to forgive her boyfriend. “Prosecutors back off somewhat when they see a couple trying to work out their own issues,” says Steve Sitkoff, an L.A. defense attorney. But, says the friend, “I would be so sad if she went back to him.”

In the meantime, both stars have canceled upcoming appearances: The NBA has issued a statement that Brown will no longer participate in their All-Star Game events in Phoenix this weekend, while Rihanna backed out of a Friday night concert in Malaysia.

Friends Call Brown a Good Kid
News of the alleged assault stunned fans and friends alike. Brown, known for his charm and Michael Jackson-style moves, has always been seen as a good kid. “I’ve never known Chris to be combative,” says his high school gym teacher from Tappahannock, Va., Lyn Amos. “He’s always low-key, easygoing.” Adds Jean Segar, a restaurant owner who has known Brown since he was a child: “He’s such a mild-mannered person. It’s hard for me to believe [the charge].”

What makes the allegations even more shocking is that Brown has claimed his mother was physically abused by his former stepfather. “He made me terrified all the time,” Brown told Giant, adding, “I hate him to this day.”

The abuse allegations could have a long-lasting impact on Brown’s career. On Monday, Wrigley temporarily suspended his Doublemint commercials, and as an industry source points out, “A lot of his fans are women.”

remember Halle Berry, she was being abused by the baseball player she was married to. She left and look at her today, she’s beautiful and so is rhianna. Chris is going to answer to the Judge and the courts. I believe something did happen and Chris snapped and took it out on Rhianna. and if he didn’t do anything wrong , why is he remorseful and for what?

I really don’t believe this story. I think they want some privacy for a good two weeks or three, because the media is always on their backs. They might have had something special planned for valentines day but wanted it to be private and not have all of America breathing down their backs. Just think why the hell would they allow their family/friends/business partners to tell the media how they were feeling right now about this whole thing. Chris could have told “Got Milk” & Wrigley about Rihanna and Chris’ plan and could easily tell the media that Chris’ ad would end this week it’s not that hard. And for the police report it’s not so hard to just ask to make one.

I really don’t believe this whole thing but if it is true then….

It’s not so hard to walk away from a relationship when you are a man sometimes. If you want to end the relationship a woman could easily say you raped her, have no proof and you would be the one going to jail not her.

I do not condone hitting but you guys are acting like babies. This story is not thorough enough for people to just start not listening to Chris/Rihanna’s music. The media says that Chris hit her but do we really know what happened in that car no we don’t so I think we should wait for Rihanna and Chris to speak on it before we start calling people names.

And if this is really true Chris and Rihanna should both get counseling and Rihanna should forgive Chris but not forget, because this can easily happen again.
I am not taking sides.

If chris didn’t do anything, why is his dad saying chris is remorseful?

Chris Brown’s Dad Says His Son Is ‘Remorseful’

Speaking out for the first time since his son’s arrest, Chris Brown’s biological father, Clinton Brown, tells PEOPLE his son is at home, reflective and filled with concern.

“He’s reflecting on this situation,” Brown, 44, a corrections officer, tells PEOPLE in an interview at his home outside Tappahannock, Va. “He’s very remorseful. He’s very concerned about the situation and he wants to make sure that [Rihanna’s] okay.

“This is unfortunate, this stumble, this situation,” Brown continues. “Hopefully, he will get past it. We all have our shortcomings. We all trip.”

And Brown – who flew to Los Angeles to attend the Grammys with his son but never made it to the show – says there are “two sides to every story.”

“If you are on his side, you are on his side,” he says. “Just because someone trips, if you are truly a fan, you are not going to demonize him instantaneously.”

The 19-year-old singer is under police investigation in Los Angeles for allegedly beating Rihanna, 20, early last Sunday morning.

Jaquitta, What kind of hater are you? I do not care what she did to him, he is bigger and stronger than her, he is in the wrong, period. You must really have some self-loathing for yourself and other women. Give me a break.
