I’ve been on Freshology’s Fresh Lite program for 3 months now and love the fact that I don’t have to grocery shop anymore. I spend less with this program than I did before, between dinners out and fast food trips. It doesn’t hurt that the food is yummy and my waist is getting smaller and smaller.

I was so surprised to see the Freshology bag on TV last night! I am on Freshology too! The food is amazing and I have lost 20lbs…..good luck to you.

Wow! Good luck Tuddy! I was bummed after reading Stanley’s comment that they are only in Hollywood, because I’m in Virginia, but I just went on Freshology’s website and signed up for their Get Slim program. I am so excited!
