I use ham lunchmeat slices, pat dry & cut into quarters. Spread Philly Cream on the lunchmeat & cut slivers of bell pepper or jalapeno pepper(no seeds) & put on top of cream cheese diagonally & roll-up. (You can also use salami rounds)It is delicious.

Salmon Spread

1 can (6 oz.) canned salmon
1 – 8 oz. cream cheese or 2 cups softened
1 1/2 Tbsp. Milk
1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash
1 1/2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
1/2 Tbsp. Parsley
horseradish to taste (optional)

Mix above ingredients together until they are fluffy. Spread on crackers. Recipe can be doubled or cut in half.

I got this recipe from a Demo for canned Salmon in 02/2002, while working at Costco in Merced, CA. My twin granddaughters Erika and Alexis love when I make the dip and so does they brother Jaymes. NOTE: add horseradish to spice it up a little.
