Coming soon to the octoplex near you... it's "Octomom, The Movie"?!

New York casting director Billy Hopkins says, "Absolutely!" Hopkins cast the mega-hit TV series "Sex and the City," and "Pineapple Express," plus he chose Halle Berry for the role in "Monster's Ball" that won her an Oscar. Hopkins is convinced the Nadya Suleman story is destined for more than a "Dateline" story, saying, "This has all the elements to make a fascinating movie."

Producer and New York Times best selling author Larry Garrison is already yelling, "Cut!" He tells "Extra," "There were no redeeming qualities to this story," but he doesn't object to Suleman cashing in another way, adding, "They may make money off a book and pictures."

I’m one of those liberals who thinks that the Octomom is way, way, out of line. She doesn’t put her children first—how can she? What reliable help does she have? None. Nobody just slips up and accidentally has 14 kids via IVF. She had these kids why?

Because the poor poor thing grew up without any brothers and sisters! Awwww….

Being a liberal, I feel extremely sorry for her premature, undercared-for children. They didn’t ask to be born. But in my opinion their mother asked for revenge against her “lonely” childhood and got it by spreading a lot of misery around.

Congratulations, Nadya. You have achieved Class A Whinerhood.

I hope that nobody is actually unethical enough to pursue this avenue! I wont watch it! The reality is far too bad already who needs to see more? No amount of story telling is going to explain this or make it okay. Suleman is insane and there is nothing interesting in watching insanity. I think the pubic attention percieved as “interest” is merely people hopeing that each day they see a new Sulemon headline that it’s going to be one that reads; Sulemon commited to insane assylum, Children removed from her and adopted into loving homes, criminal charges brought against Sulemon for fraud and imbezzelment and Dr kamrava has licence removed. that would be all the public would like to see. Or, one other senerio: Sulemon agrees to adopt her children into loving homes, now I could respect that!

If she is “disabled” from her back, she doesnt show it and should have to pay back the payments she received for that. she lifts things out of car and carries kids. Also, she owes over 1 million dollars in delivery charges and neonatal care, I hope California demands payment if she does make any money.

Any actress that would agree to take on the part of this nut case would be committing career suicide. The American public is enraged over this mother’s ABUSE of public assistance. This issue is so controversial, any agent that would negotiate this deal for their client is a complete idiot.

I would not watch the movie or read the book. What makes her so special. People should boycott the channel that shows it and who ever publishes her bpook. she did this for money so she is getting what she wants. She really can fool the public. What will the kids have when the money and attention goes away.

The news media (such as Extra), and all others who keep making remarks on the air share responsibility for keeping Nayda’s story in the public eye. If the news media would back off; there would be “no story” to tell. Nayda is the type of individual who is just eating these different headlines up. I am surprised that the State of California Social Service Department has not stepped in to protect the rights of these children. It is apparent that the mother is not of sound mind nor capable of caring for these children. I think these children should be put up for adoption now.

As Extra was ending the story, a question arose, would any man take on 14 children, assuming the answer might be “no”… But I have to say that’s not always the case. I left my husband of close to 20 years last spring, and rekindled a highschool friendship that turned into an immediate mutual attraction, falling in love and plans to marry followed quickly. He has 5 children, I have 9. He loves them, and they are crazy about him. When I left my husband I only dreamed I might be lucky enough to be happy one day. I had no idea I would receive the man I have. It can be done….

That said, I am saddened by yet another story, another family using their circumstances to milk the government/media, and/or expect to be handed material items (money included.) I do not agree she should have selectively reduced, but having 6 embryos implanted was irresponsible for both herself and her doctors, despite the fact that she carried singletons and twins with previous pregnancies. When will it end??
