That is the dumbest thing I ever heard of, and it sounds to me like someone cracked under pressure not knowing that the government cannot prosecute based upon a photo, they would have to have a witness to prosecute. HOW DUMB! It is not like he did Crack for god sakes! It is a plant that grows naturally and it has been proven that it does not cause harm to anyone, so what is the bid deal here? Did they find weed on the guy? Did they have probable cause because of the picture? It is hear say and the evidence it’s self is unfounded. How does anyone know if the picture were or were not doctored?

I will NOT buy and product that drops him! He is a human! Also, it is funny that we can use our kids to say things like he was there hero! Well look at yourself! I didn’t care about Michael Phelps before but now I think he is aweswome! It amazes me how many small minded people there are. Personally I have more important things to worry about than what others do.

What is the difference between Michael Phelp and Ben Johnson. One smoking Pot and the other used steroid. More importantly one is White American and the other is Black-Candaian. I would like to see Phelps’ face taken off the Kellogg’s Box.

jeez!! He is a swimmer not a role model, even though swimming lessons increased soon after his olympic feat, he is just a human who likes to take a toke now and then. As a proud pot smoker I think he should be making the rounds to legalize it. I’d rather he be hitting a water bong than a beer bong.
