Was Jodie Foster stopped for speeding by a reality TV crew?

This rumor is on four wheels!! Foster was stopped in her Prius in Beverly Hills by cops riding with a crew from the show "Speeders." The truTV show goes "behind the wheel and coast-to-coast with America's Finest" while they pull over unsuspecting speeders.

Alas, the Foster footage will hit the cutting room floor -- the Oscar winner refused to sign a release.
