Berkley and Lopez: 'Saved by the Bell' Reunion!
Calling all "Saved by the Bell" fans -- Jessie Spano and A.C. Slater are reuniting on "Extra"! Elizabeth Berkley sat down with host Mario Lopez for a candid one-on-one.
Berkley, who played Mario's onscreen love interest in the hit high school series, says she can't escape questions about "SBTB" -- especially about Lopez! "I don't care where I am... whenever I'm on the street, most people will yell out, 'How's Slater?' As if we're still side by side and time has not stopped," Elizabeth dishes.
As for talk of an onscreen reunion, Berkley declares, "I don't think we will be doing a reunion. We will have our own reunion. Off camera reunion!"
The twosome picked up right where they left off, and Elizabeth admits that it's just like old times with Mario. "One of the main things I love about you is we can go a year or whatever without seeing each other. Then we see each other and we can pick up where we left off."
Berkley also dishes about her role on "The L Word," saying, "I play this rich divorcee... coming to L.A. to start over and I reconnect... with an old friend of mine who happened to have a crush on me in the past -- who is Jennifer Beals."
The actress is also making an appearance on "CSI Miami" in which she plays David Caruso's ex. "David Caruso is unbelievable... I play his ex love and the mother of his child, so I come back to kind of cause some trouble,"

As a mom of four children (three daughters and one son), I believe that the old SBTB gang should do a “reunion” and invite the SBTB New Class gang to their reunion. Giggity.
