VOTE: Sarah Palin Takes on the Media

Two months after the presidential election, former VP wannabe Sarah Palin is taking on the media! Documentary film writer/director John Ziegler gave Governor Palin a chance to set the record straight on what she thought really happened during the 2008 campaign, and why she believes the news coverage was biased.

yeah but you take the high office of the land, you can’t be talking okie or redneck or like a hillbillies to heads of states and dignitaries and other presidents of other countries. she speaks at the joe sixpack level. a person has to have common sense and well educated and have political social graces and skills and finesse. she is more like the “boys” remember, sarah is a hunter and is around lots of rednecks, in washington, if you are not up to par in your speaking abiitites, they will chew you up and spit you out. if she is at the joe sixpack level, she won’t have a clue as to washingtonians are talking about.

I think the only reason Obama got elected was because he used his race!!!This country is so damn worried about saying or doing anything to offend blacks that if you have a drop of black in you,you can pretty much do anything!! by the way HE IS BI-RACIAL!! as for sarah, she was speaking to the REAL people of america,NOT the stuck up snobs of Washinton D.C.

Sarah Palin was not only a joke, she was a bad joke. I mean come on most people don’t like pitbulls, yet she was lame enough to compare herself to one. And that was just the beginning of her ridiculously stupid campaign. The media ridiculed her because she was ridiculous. She appealed most to the hateful, uninformed, misinformed, dysfunctional people of America, because that’s what she is. Joe Six-pack! Hello! Who does that? The guy who comes home from work and gets drunk!! If he still has a job. Thank goodness people like that are in the minority of America. Face it, the best man won!!! Obama is a classy, intelligent, well spoken man who knows what he’s doing and cares about the people who need help the most.

whiteMAN, by far your posting is sweet and to the point. you are a hip shooter, you don’t go round and round on your comments. I don’t agree with the term you used, and I am not racist. you summed up your opininion and comment in one word. others go into a trance of some sort and post all kinds of sh*t. once again , not a racist here.

hey what’s funny is: the information you are posting is very similiar to what is being posted on anti black websites. I looked into it and they question the very same things you are posting. are you part of the aryan nation? you sure sound like it, everybody go check out the aryan websites yourselves and you will see for yourselves what “what’s funny is” is posting is very much the same ideas and rhetoric and conspiracy theories. And, i believe we all have the right to comment on anything, including the aryan nation they too have their right to post anything they want and I do to we all have our differences of opinions. thank the constitution for FREDDOM OF SPEECH.

barach obama is a typcial corporate black man. wanting something for nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and using race to obtain those wants. he’s conveniently black when he wants to be, and conveniently white when he has to be. his presidency……………affirmative action-government-style.

Strange how people still harp over Ms. Palin’ “ability” to handle the job she was running for (VICE President). When, now coming to office (of President), you have someone with no more experience than herself? Actually Oblahma has much less experience, and is absolutely NOT qualified for the job he has officially BOUGHT! This wasn’t an election of “the right person for the job”.. this was clearly an election of “MAKING HISTORY”?? Who cares (especially the MEDIA) about his PAST? Who cares about his associations with NEGATIVE influences (Wright, Ayers).. Who cares about all his secretly sealed records regarding his life (school records, birth certificate).

So many put blinders on to the things that TRULY matter!! No one (especially the media) bothered to investigate ANYTHING what-so-ever about this man. All the news received of him was FLUFF, un-investigated, and swept under the rug. To this day, people that simply don’t like him (because of his in-experience) are constantly being dubbed “racist” when not one complaint about him has anything to do with RACE!!?? Origin perhaps, but I hardly read negative comments regarding his race!!? Which is BI-RACIAL truth be told!!

Sarah Palin was running for the office of VICE President, but with the arguments I read about her, I think many must FEAR that she COULD HAVE been, and yet may be, considered a Presidential Candidate! Believe me there are those of us living in FEAR of whom has been put in the “commander in chief” position, without an inkling of Military experience!!

since Caroline Kennedy is very articulate and well educated, i was disappointed in her answers when she was questioned about the new york senate seat. I expected more from her, especially since she comes from a very political family. the press gave her a break, that’s what you get when you are part of Camelot.

- caoline what happened during your interview?

I can’t wait for this new documentary. It will really leave the media with their pants down…

Don’t blame Katie Couric or Tina Fey for your shortcomings. We all have opportunities to keep up on the latest news, government laws, or current events. We should not say it is someone else’s fought.Sarah should have known some of the answers to the questions that Katie presented to her. She is a governor of one of the largest states. Sarah has run for several other offices and she needs to study to show herself worthy.

YEAH, BUT TO BE THE SUBJECT OF RIDICULE ON A CONSTANT BASIS IS NOT FAIR PERIOD. I SAW THE INTERVIEW WITH CAROLINE KENNEDY AND SHE IS WELL EDUCATED AND IS AND HAS A DEGREE IN LAW AND SHE JUST COULDN’T GET THE WORDS RIGHT AS TO WHY SHE WAS INTERESTED FOR THE POSITION OF SENATOR FOR NEW YORK. IS IT LACK OF EXPERIENCE, IS SHE TOO SHY, OR IS IT THAT SHE IS A LIBERAL?. I DIDN’T HEAR NEGATIVE COMMENTS ABOUT CAROLINE. I like the kennedys too. dont have nothing against them. why is the media being “soft” with her?

- caroline was not to keen in her interviews

Sara Palin should’ve realized she would be put out there when running for office

you can’t get real news anymore. here was a very qualified woman who had very unpopular values. may i add sarah palin was very well spoken. where is saturday night live when an illiterate like carolyn kennedy whose favorite phrase is “you know” came on the scene. she is like a spoiled brat who wants what she wants and doesn’t want to work for it. she is also a great example(NOT) for our young people. how many years did she forget to vote? she is apathetic and a shining example why our values have shifted in this country.

This was clearly a case where the position of President was purchased by the millions spent by Obama, along with the bias liberal media which gets worse each and every day. There was hardly a mention of Obama’s costly suits, yet Sarah’s wardrobe was top news.

to the comment below you are right the parodie of sarah was funny as heck, seems to me that I heard on tv that she might have regretted going on the snl show, not sure. my son is a staunch conservative republican. My son is livid, he told me the media is very biased when it comes to sarah, and he told me he dislikes oprah, he can’t stand her and thinks oprah did alot of manipulation on Obama’s behalf. I like Oprah though. we don’t agree but we still love each other very much and are able to discuss politics in a civil manner. we are of different opinions and my son is white and not a racist either. He thinks the media should be fair and not verbally attack Sarah like they have been. He also told me the media treats Obama with alot of respect. Now him telling me that, I wonder why the media is unfair to Sarah, what did she do to deserve alot of negative press? Is it because she is white, or a woman or the the media thinks she is uneducated or backwoods or a redneck? I don’t know.

- What did Sarah do that is so bad?
Posted 01/10/09 07:32 AM

Seems its okay for the media to make fun of the preident, his wife, the vice president & his wife..Why did the media make so much fuss about Sara’s kids and not Obama’s kids? Is it because Sara’s kids are more grown up and Bristol was unwed and pregnant at the time..So What..They(Kids) aren’t going to be running our country..Stop picking on them..I can see why she got upset when the media starts on her kids..That to me is one boundary that should never be grossed but yet the media does it all the time..SNL was funny..No one that I know of thought it was real but laughed at it. like when they make paradies of everything else..You really haven’t made it until SNL either wants you on or they start making jokes about you. Thats my opion.

sarah is not well versed and her speaking skills are at the “joe sixpack” level, however, i looked up the word that extra used “wannabe” and that is not a fair term, of all the words they could have chosen they used wannabe which means: a person who wants or aspires to be someone or something else or who tries to look or act like someone else, one for which hopes have failed or are likely to fail, something intended to rival another of its kind that has been successful. I don’t like that term “wannabe”. Extra that’s not fair.

- wannabe what kind of term is that?

she should have stayed away from SNL show, that opened the door for the media to take potshots at her. but, MONEY TALKS AND BULLSH*T WALKS. maybe at that time she needed the money that she got paid to be on SNL. what was she thinking when she went on that snl show?

- what was she thinking?
