I hope some blacks will not let down Obama, like Jay-Z etc. Pls, do not make a big deal out of Obama, he is half white, was raised by whites, and his black father did nothing but abandoned him only. I know how blacks are proud of him, and they should be, however lots of credit should be given to his white heritage!!!!!!!!!!!

I tend to agree. I have yet to see a black person on television NOT praise the “lord” er-um- Mr. Obama…
Speaking of which, since the inauguration, have you seen how many media people pulled aside specifically BLACK people to ask them how they feel about the day?? Why no whites? I’m certain some were delighted with the “historic moment”!!? Perhaps they felt that there was that smidge of a chance that the one white person they’d interviewed would not be too happy about the entire dramatic affair!?
When this race for president began, it was “not about race”… race was hardly mentioned or even heard of by the media! NOW that he is President- IT’S ALL ABOUT RACE!! You speak out of your discontent for him and the simple reply is “your racist”?? Against WHAT?? His white mother, or his black father??? So what’s that make the Bush, or McCain haters?? Is that not also “racism”?? And to rip and tear at Sarah Palin- is that not SEXIST!!? It’s all about precious Obama, and not a negative opinion of him seems to be “acceptable”!!?
I do not like Obama- I do not trust Obama.. and it’s all about “experience” and his LACK THERE-OF!! If there are people out there that want to pull out the over-used race card,.. then is it not YOU whom is actually seeing COLOR?????
