"Extra" caught up with Charlie Sheen and wife Brooke -- who are anxiously awaiting the arrival of their twin boys!

"She's measuring ten months and seven months," Charlie tells "Extra" of his wife. "She's doing really good. She's changed her diet. She's gotten very strict and disciplined." Mueller, who's expecting the babies in April, adds, "They're measuring great -- big and healthy, [but] I'm not feeling so great."

When an "Extra" fan asks if the couple plans to have more kids, Charlie says, "Yeah, I think we would. Give us a few years." Has the couple been thinking of monikers for their sons? Sheen reveals, "We got it narrowed down to like eight."

Brooke and Charlie tied the knot last May. Sheen also has two daughters, Sam, 4, and Lola Rose, 3, with ex Denise Richards.
