Mickey Rourke took home the Best Actor Golden Globe award for his performance as Randy "The Ram" Robinson in "The Wrestler," but the star admits he still hasn't seen the drama because he doesn't like seeing himself on the big screen.

The comeback king confesses, "I don't watch anything until three, four, five years go by. I see myself every day in the mirror when I'm shaving. I don't get anything from it."

Rourke is nominated for the Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Leading Role Screen Actors Guild award and Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role Oscar award.

I had the pleasure of working for Florida Championship Westling as a comentator from 1995-2000. I have met several real life Randy Robinson’s, all with similar stories of what might have been. Mickey’s portrail of the character was spot on perfect, and a very moving tribute to the boys who live that life. The Kudo’s are well deserved.

Mickey Rourke did a great job on the movie. We are not big fans of his, but we had to check why he was being nominated Best Actor in The Guild and Oscar’s. He deserves the Award for all nominations. EXCELLENT movie!!
