Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton pledged Friday to overhaul U.S. foreign aid programs to increase assistance and give civilians a greater role in its delivery. But she warned that selling the public on the idea would be hard in troubled economic times. WHAT IS CLINTON THINKING WE NEED THE MONEY HERE IN THE U.S.

Who cares what nationlity he is quit nitpicking as long as something gets done with this country, i could care less if he was chinese or any other race. the issue at hand is not his being black or white or both, we need someone to straighten out this country.

who caes if he is biracial

I agree….he is our first Biracial president not African-American president. Why he doesn’t want to own it is a mystery to me. If he wants to lead the people, he needs to get a set of balls and admit to what he really is….because we live in a world of politically correctiveness, this is unacceptable.

Most of the people say Obama is African-american, and he is not, he is biracial!!!! White heritage playes a great role in who he is, lets be honest. Do not deny the fact, that he has been delivered by a white mother, raised by white grandparents, while his black father did nothing but abandoned him. I am quite surprised how his white heritage has been negated in this whole situation, not fair!!!!!!!!!!

Thank God for President Obama. I’ve never felt prouder as an American. President Obama’s inauguration was the greatest event in American history. Nothing else even comes close to it. It was such an emotional experience. I’ve never seen the country so united. If anyone say they didn’t feel some emotion, they are lying. God bless America.

Linda Schorel - I totally agree with you on that one. So many ‘celebs’(I guess extra thinks the president is one) who are bi-racial only seem to acknowledge the African-American side, and not the European-American side. The ones that come to mind, weren’t even raised by their A-A parent, which I find insulting. To be fair, I don’t think obama disregards his E-A heritage, so at least that’s something.

I am very excited about President Barack Obama, after 8 years of the same old same ol’. I was very young when I overheard my Parents and Grandparents debating over the Election of 1960. I believe in Change. It’s one constant that keeps life exciting and everyone MOTIVATED!

The only thing that I take offense to is that they are saying that he is the first African American president. Incorrect…he is biracial like my daughter. To deny the white side is to deny who he really is…biracial. If my daughter ever negated the whiter side of her heritage, I would disown her.

I wish him luck.
