Patrick, I have sent you my angel, my Mom. She passed away in 99 from cancer, and I have sent her to watch over you. She loved your movies, and we talked about them often. She was my angel, and my best friend. I want to share her spirit with you, and she will give you the strength you need to win this fight, but Patrick you have always won your fights, and this one wont be any different. You are a fighter, and I watched the BW special, and I cried right along with you and your beautiful wife. I know you can do it Patrick, snd I hope you received my card and letter that I sent Jan.12th. I have a candle burning for you, and with all the love and prayers that are yours, you cant help but win your battle. You are a special caring man, and we all love you, and hope for the best. Dear patrick, I watched you on barbara walters interview.I love you in all your movies. I am a brest cancer survior and know how the chemo is.that was in 2000 and i am only here because of the prayer’s and my faith in the LORD.I’m praying for you but you have to believe that HE is there for you .The LORD loves us all the same.I’m not rich and live from paycheck to paycheck but i wouldn’t give what i have in CHRIST for all the money in the world we can’t take it with us.please read the KINGS JAMES BIBLE and just see all that JESUS did and is still doing.GOD BLESS YOU BOTH your in my prayer’s

I have loved you since I first saw Dirty Dancing.. I watched that movie probably a 1000 times.. I believe I have every movie you ever made Patrick and I can’t imagine this world without you so my prayers and thoughts are with you both… Stay strong and keep the faith as I know you will.. you have so many that love you and are praying for you.. Patrick, I had to write and let you and Lisa know that you are such a inspiration to so many, as you have been to me. I married my childhood sweetheart as well, he passed a few yrs ago about the time your movie came out “Ghost” it touched me so much. I want you both to know that with God in your life you both will live and live very long and happy. This may sound difficult to believe at this point in time, I have always believed in the thought of reach for faith, and what you recieve is a love that will guide and hold strong. There is no void that true love, as you both have, cannot fill. My prayers with you both, hold on, and don’t give up the fight.

We are all praying for you. Just keep that positive attitude. It does wonders for you as well as others around you. We love you.

You are a fantastic actor and everything you touch turns to Gold! You have a very strong positive attitude and if anyone can keep up the fight and hold on it’s you!! I just can’t imagine not having you in our lives, seeing you in movies etc. I just fell head over heels on the 2 movies I love the most,

Patrick-You’ll never know how much you helped me deal with losing someone I loved the first time I saw you in the movie Ghost. I cried for hours. I needed that. Now what you need is to hang on to your faith. I know it’s hard and you get tired but please hang in there. The world is praying for you sweetie.Thanks again for everything you’ve done so far.
